This is a great oak barrel planter from Sonoma CA that we have re-used and made into a planter. We have added rivets to the bands to keep the wine barrel held together night and tight. We also put a couple of drain holes on the bottom of the planter so that liquid can escape. Then we created a stand with 4 wheels attached. This is perfect for someone who wants to be able to move the barrel and around their porch or deck. It sits approx. 2 inches off the ground so it will allow the bottom of the barrel and the deck/porch to dry off which will help decrease damage or rotting to the wood underneath
