The Go Power prewired 30 amp automatic transfer switch is used to hardwire inverters into a system where there is an alternative source of AC already present, for example a generator or utility power. This transfer switch is made to only allow one source of AC power to pass through it to your loads. This ensures that your inverter will not be damaged if the generator or utility power is hooked up while the inverter is running. The GP-TS is prewired for a quick and easy installation to your existing system whether it is an RV, marine or cottage application. The GP-TS also includes a 15 amp outlet on the side that is only powered by shore power or generator, allowing you to hook up a battery charger without worrying about the inverter running the charger. All instructions for installation are provided.

Avoid All Electrical Hazards - Disconnect batteries and electrical system from 120/240 VAC, or any other power source of electrical power, before attempting to install your Go Power! GP-TS Kit.

• Observe proper polarity throughout the GP-TS Kit installation.
• Work Safely. Do not wear jewelry when working with electrical or mechanical equipment. Use protective eyewear, gloves and apron when working with batteries or power tools. Use extreme caution when on ladders or a roof.
• Follow the Safety Precautions of the battery manufacturer. Do not produce sparks when working in locations where flammable gases or vapours exist. Shield skin and eyes from battery acid. If skin, eyes or clothing comes in contact with acid rinse thoroughly with water.
• Avoid electrical shock. Make sure all sources (inverter, shore power, generator) are disconnected.
