To help offset the weight of the large objectives, the Endurance is built with a lightweight magnesium-alloy chassis that is also corrosion-resistant to help it hold up to a lifetime of outdoor use. The optical tubes are nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be water and fogproof - especially in extreme weather conditions. To reduce user-fatigue and keep them steady, a tripod adapter mount is located in the front of the hinge for setting them up on a support system. A right-eye diopter adjustment allows the binocular to be customized to most peoples needs, and the twist-up eyecups provide comfortable use with or without eyewear. High definitin optical system for optimum clarity. Optimum exit pupil for low light performance. Focus knob with 1.5 turns. High resolution phase corrected BAK-4 roof prisms.
