Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring one gallon of water to a boil. 2. If desired, add one tablespoon of salt to boiling water. 3. Remove gnocchi from the vacuum sealed package. 4. Place gnocchi into boiling water and cook until gnocchi float to the surface (approximately 2 minutes). 5. Drain in a colander, do not rinse, serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
