DirectionsBoiled Shrimp PLACE 1 quart water, 1 bag Shrimp & Crab Boil, 1 tbsp. salt and 1 lemon, quartered, in large saucepan. Bring to boil. ADD 1 lb. large shrimp; return to boil. Cover and cook on medium-high heat 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. SERVE hot or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with McCormick Cocktail Sauce. Boiled Crabs PLACE 10 quarts water, 2 bags Shrimp & Crab Boil and 2 lemons, quartered, in large crab pot. Bring to boil. ADD 1 dozen crabs; return to boil. Cover. COOK on medium-high heat at least 15 minutes or until crabs turn red. Shrimp Salad COOK 1 lb. shrimp as directed on package. Peel, devein and coarsely chop shrimp. MIX 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup chopped celery, 1 tsp. OLD BAY Seasoning and 1 tsp. lemon juice in large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat well. Cover. REFRIGERATE 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
