On October 16, 2017, on Monday Night Football, Henry ran for a career-high 131-yards on 19 carries and ran for a 72-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter of the 36-22 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans, finishing 9-7 in the 2017 NFL season, made the playoffs as a Wild Card team. In the Wild Card round the Titans played the Kansas City Chiefs. The Titans beat Kansas City 22-21. In the win, Henry rushed for a career-high 156 yards on 23 carries, and 1 touchdown.
