This bed rail pad achieves all the advantages of a standard bed rail pad but incorporates an additional window (35"w x 5"h) that reduces the residents feeling of isolation and provides greater visibility for the nursing staff. Protects against bed rail related injuries. 15" High pads fit well below rail and mattress for added protection. Straps with side-release buckles fasten pad securely to rails. Prevents entrapment in rails. Covered in durable, reinforced, wipe-clean vinyl.
