• The body shall be molded from an aluminum alloy suitable for permanent molding
• Castings shall be cleaned and welded to form the body
• The welded and cleaned body shall be painted using a lead-free polyester powder paint
• The handle and foot rest shall be 1” aluminum tubing welded into place.
• Hardware shall be zinc plated to resist corrosion
• The body is 9 in. high at the saddle and 28 in. from the front to back feet
• Thickness of the aluminum body shall be 0.18 in. and 0.31 in. at the bottom attaching area
• Includes a limited lifetime warranty on the cast aluminum Easy Riders, all other components are covered by a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship
