• Pads constructed of 100% Naugahyde and premium density polyethylene foam, that is sewn and top-stitched
• Each 200 lb. weight stack glides smoothly on 2 - 1" solid case hardened steel rods
• Cables are 3/16" aviation grade stainless steel coated in black nylon to 1/4" thickness
• The 4 basic stations include Combo lat pull down/low row Combo tricep extension/bicep curl and upright row Combo leg extension/curl Combo bench/shoulder/incline press
• Requires an area of 14'W x 14'L x 8.6'H
