Sax Brown Stoneware Clay is excellent for low fire work and at Cone 05 it is a rich terra cotta. A warm brown color clay body, Cone 5-7 (2205 - 2295 deg. F) is ideal for all types of hand building, extrusions, slab work, sculpture and wheel throwing. 50 lbs. Clay is moist and offers wider glaze possibilities than most stoneware clays.
