Universal wire stripper and cutter that uses changeable blades to strip PVC and non-Stick insulation. Strips PVC-insulated wire in the range of 28-18 AWG (0.80 - 1.0 mm) and non-Stick-insulated wire in the range of 32-18 AWG (.032 - 1.0 mm).
