The 5709CW is a hand held acoustic glassbreak tester that digitally generates the sound of breaking glass. When used with select Interlogix Shatter Series Glassbreak Detectors such as the 5822AW ShatterPro II Glassbreak Sensor with Tamper Switch or the NX-488 Interlogix Shatterpro Wireless Glassbreak Detector, the tester ensures the unit is installed within the specified range and is operating correctly. You can also select the glass type to simulate the sound of glass breaking in the protected area. The tester makes the actual sounds of plate glass, tempered glass, or laminated glass breaking. An LED indicator shows when the unit is operating. The 5709CW makes installing glassbreak detectors fast and easy.
