Baking You will need 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter, 2 eggs. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for a shiny metal pan; 325 degrees F for a dark, non-stick pan. 2. Grease bottom only of 8-inch square pan. 3. Blend organic brownie mix, 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter and 2 eggs in a bowl until moistened (about 50 strokes). Spread into prepared pan. 4. Bake 35 minutes on center oven rack. 5. Cool completely before frosting. Frosting You will need 2 tbsp (30 ml) softened butter, 2 tbsp (30 ml) hot water. 1. Empty contents of frosting pouch into a bowl. 2. Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) softened butter and 2 tbsp (30 ml) hot water. 3. Beat smooth at high speed of electric mixer or by hand. If necessary, beat in more water, a few drops at a time, until frosting has desired consistency. 4. Spread on cooled brownie. Cut into squares.
