Not only does My Cup Counts roast and package the worlds finest coffees, we also help break down barriers for people with special needs. My Cup Counts hires and trains over 200 adults with developmental disabilities and pays them minimum wage or above. The sole purpose is to help them gain the needed skills and work experience to help place them in jobs in the community.
