Comfort-Aire's 8,000 BTUH portable air conditioner is ideal for rooms of 300-350 square feet that require temporary cooling, or that can't accommodate a window-mount air conditioner. An easy-to-install exhaust hose kit makes it possible to add air conditioning without any ductwork or special wiring, and to move the unit from room to room as needed. Built-in condensate disposal eliminates or reduces the need to empty the internal bucket (depending on conditions), and the washable filter is easily accessed. Operation is controlled by on-board electronics or a wireless remote, and includes auto, cooling, dehumidification, and fan only modes, plus automatic louver swing.
